ILT & vILT

Within this portfolio section, you’ll discover examples of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT) programs that I conceptualized, designed, and delivered to professionals.

Samples 1 and 2: vILT for Blended Learning Summit “Escape Rooms as an Alternative and Engaging Assessment” and Personalized Learning Conference “Digital Escape Rooms are here to stay, let’s make some!”

These vILT demonstrations took place at the AISD Blended Learning Summit and Personalized Learning Conference. Both were delivered via Zoom, and the presentations provided educators with dynamic strategies to enhance their curriculum development practices including tangible job aids to bring back for later use.

Sample 3: vILT on Effective Communication: Soft Skills for the Workforce

Development: Facilitator Guide

Tools Used: Powerpoint, Canva, YouTube

This vILT demonstration showcases my ability to create an engaging Powerpoint Slide Presentation for corporate training sessions. This slide deck utilizes instructional design processes and theories in order to keep the learners engaged in a virtual setting. There are breakout room collaborative activities, Mentimeter polls, Kahoot! assessments and engaging videos used as hooks to keep the learners attention all while delivering a soft skill training on communication for adult learners in the workforce.
