Sample 1: USA National Running Group Training

Tools Used: Articulate Storyline 360, Canva, Mixkit.co soundbite downloads

Highlights: Scenario-based learning, tabbed accordion interactions, variables, and various assessment type questions aligned to learning objectives using Kirkpatrick’s level 2 evaluation methodology.

Training Purpose: This training program was tailored for a national running group organization, aiming to equip running coaches with essential knowledge surrounding runner safety and avoiding hazardous conditions. Its objective was to educate coaches about safety protocols and guidelines to effectively lead their groups, minimizing potential hazards. The primary business objective of this training was to reduce injuries among runners during long runs and mitigate the associated membership attrition.

Sample 2: Keeping Customers Safe – A Gluten Allergy Resource Guide for Bakers

Tools Used: Articulate Rise 360, Canva

Highlights: Various block interactions, visual design elements, knowledge checks, and final assessment evaluation.

Training Purpose: This training program was developed specifically for a bakery venturing into the realm of gluten-free products. Its aim was to ensure that all staff and bakers were well-versed in gluten allergies, proficient in substituting ingredients to maintain quality and flavor, and adept at maintaining a kitchen environment free from cross-contamination. The objective of the training was to obtain certification as a gluten-free bakery, anticipating a subsequent increase in customer base and a sales boost of more than 10%.

Sample 3: Detecting Counterfeit Currency

Tools Used: Articulate Storyline 360, Canva

Highlights: Zoom region features, animation paths and object states, variables and branching scenarios.

Training Purpose: This training session targets bank employees responsible for managing customer cash transactions. Participants will familiarize themselves with the security features inherent in American currency and hone their skills in detecting counterfeit bills. Moreover, they will be trained on the appropriate procedures to follow upon encountering a counterfeit note. This initiative aims to address the organization’s susceptibility to counterfeit currency, alleviating the financial strain it imposes.
